Activating the main menu items "View → Favorites tree" or Favorites → Favorites tree", or the shortcut "Alt+F" switches the favorites tree panel on/off.

If the favorites tree panel is switched off, the main menu item "View → Favorites tree" is preceded by - if it is on, by .

Where and with which settings the favorite items tree panel is opened, can be defined under the main menu item "Tools → Settings → View → Tree".
