Sorry, it don't work in 2007.10 version too. I just didn't use it.
Windows XP Professional sp2 russian.

In last version 2007.10a in context menu, don't work "rename". From button on top it works and F2 too.

FTP feature is very needed, at least, a simple.

I agree with this. Extensions good to be in separate column. When together with name, then it's not look good and i like sort files by extensions...

Yes, F5 and copy button work fine, but i just used to drag&drop

I like function in TC to open archive like folder and drag&drop selected files from archive to another panel, with unpack it on the fly. I like your program very much and i think this feature will be very useful not only for me. Can you plan to make it? Thanks! :)
