Position of Quick Filter should also have centered position to help widescreen monitor users

This is coming out from my observations in this topic viewtopic.php?t=12982:
If a user has a 21:9 or even 32:9 aspect ratio monitor, then such user might want to have one or both boxes of Quick Filter positioned in center of Panels
In other words: please add option like
Tools > Settings > Quick search/filter/starter > Quick search/Quick filter > Quick filter > Show in the right panel centered
and then also its counterpart named accordingly like
Tools > Settings > Quick search/filter/starter > Quick search/Quick filter > Quick filter > Show in the left panel centered
