Windows for defining Toolbars do not remember size of sub-windows

The
Tools > Define actions toolbars...
opens the window with settings for this feature which on its left side has two sub-windows with list of entries. Although user is allowed to adjust their width and height such changes are not remembered after closing of this window even if user used the OK button to accept changes
The same happens also for the
Tools > Favorite tools > Favorite tools edit...
