ReadOnly Tabs in FC

I recently made a big blunder while working within FC.
I overwrote some files by accidentally copying files from another tab... which brings me to this request.

Is it possible to mark a "tab as ReadOnly"?

By ReadOnly I mean the "tab" alone should be read only. There should be no possibility to drag-n-drop or copy a file into it via free-commander.
A tab maybe be marked as "readOnly" based on the path or maybe based on user-input (similar to how locked tabs are created).
Perhaps such a RO-Tab may have a different background.
Navigation to sub-folders should be allowed but any attempt to copy from another tab or drop from another tab should be disabled.

The files within such a tab maybe edited as any other file.

This is an interesting concept for a fail-safe. Although I think users should be able to choose if they just want a crude blockade - or to see a pop-up each time an attempt to enact changes within a blocked path is made
