When using multi rename, especially many items, it would be useful to show only changed files, those are highlighted by green color already, but with hundreds or thousands of items it's not easy to check just changed, before renaming.
Solution would be:
- place changed items on top automatically
- place changed items on top by option
- show only changed files by option (hide items which will not be changed)
- add column "changed" with values "yes" and "no", so it would be possible to sort by "changed"

(Yes, I know users can now select and remove items from the list - but that is manual and we are talking here about fast handling of thousands of items)
