Locked Tabs prefix feature should be expanded by addition of suffix option

Currently there is available this invaluable option of

Tools > Settings > View > Folder > Folder Tabs > Tab Management > Mark locked tabs with this character


But it can be made even greater - I propose renaming it to

Tools > Settings > View > Folder > Folder Tabs > Tab Management > Mark locked tabs with this character - as prefix

and then adding its doppelganger

Tools > Settings > View > Folder > Folder Tabs > Tab Management > Mark locked tabs with this character - as suffix

i.e. make it possible for user to decide if the marker should be applied in front of the name, after it ends, on or both sides
